FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
How long does it usually take to finish house plans?
This depends on a few different factors including the size of the house, the location of the
house, and the overall needs of the owner. The more changes that you require, naturally the
longer it will take to finish. But if all goes well, I can usually get your plans into your hands in
about 3 weeks.
How much do plans cost?
This depends on a few things. The amount of time incurred ultimately effects the price of the service, as does the square footage. Rick can quote an estimated cost after the initial free consultation.
How do we get started?
Contact Rick by phone call, text or email and answer a few project related questions which will give him an idea of the complexity of the project/design. He will be able to answer you questions after this one on one consultation.
How involved can I be in the design process?
